baj365 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register only one account on baj365. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, baj365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

1.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration and to keep that information up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure. baj365 will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baj365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. baj365 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baj365 support immediately at [email protected].

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baj365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 2.2 Deposit Processing

2.4 Anti-Money Laundering

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account, to request source-of-funds documentation, and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds originate from illegal activity. baj365 will co-operate fully with any lawful request from law enforcement authorities in connection with financial crime investigations.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a valid account on baj365 and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the baj365 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Eligibility, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods for each promotional offer are specified in the individual promotion terms published on the baj365 promotions page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by baj365 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and crash games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion. baj365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

baj365 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; using automated software or bots to fulfil wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedge bets that exploit bonus structures without genuine play intent; and co-ordinating with other players to systematically extract value from promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, baj365 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant account.

3.4 Seasonal and Ongoing Promotions

baj365 may offer seasonal promotions tied to events including but not limited to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All such promotions are subject to individual terms and are available for a limited time only. baj365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on baj365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. baj365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error ("palpable error"). In-play bets are final once confirmed by the system. baj365 is not responsible for any delay in transmission that results in a bet being placed after an event outcome is already known.

4.2 Casino Games

All casino games on baj365 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — are provided by certified third-party game studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. 4.3 Disputed Results

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8.1 Platform Availability

baj365 aims to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, and force majeure events.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baj365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the baj365 platform. In all cases, baj365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your baj365 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

baj365 acts as an intermediary facilitating access to games developed and operated by third-party game studios. baj365 is not responsible for the operation, RNG certification, or technical performance of any third-party game. Any complaint relating specifically to a game's mechanics or outcome must be directed to baj365 support, which will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf.

10.1 Changes to These Terms

baj365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on the baj365 website and, where the changes are material, notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on the account. Continued use of the baj365 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 10.2 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not constitute a legally binding version of this document. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of baj365 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

10.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and baj365 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
